Return Policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase, but if you want to return/exchange something that is possible too. Once a product is returned you can choose to get a credit, a discount code for your next order or we can just transfer you the money back.

We kindly ask to follow the next steps so we can give you the best service possible for returning your product.

Step 1 : Please notify us in writing the goods you want to return, within 5 days of receipt of the goods. We only accept returns if you can provide us your invoice number.

Step 2 : Please write the specifications why you want to return the product.

Step 3 : Check if the product you want to return complies with our return conditions.

Our return conditions are:

- The product can not be damage and need to be send back in the original packaging.
- Makeup and other products  can not have been used and need to be in the original unopend packaging.
- We don't take back products that were in promotion/sale. 

Step 4 : The returning products need to be back at our warehous within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the costs and liability of sending the goods back. In case of failure or bad product of a product, we will reimburse the shipping cost.

Our customer service will contact you after recieving the returned goods, to take care of the administrative part.
